Hot Lunch Program
This year Glenfir will be offering a true hot lunch program. These lunches will consist of fresh food made in the school's kitchen. Manuel Belmonte, who was sous-chef at both Bistro 115 and The Blue Cactus in Ottawa, will prepare the lunches; he was also the head cook at Culinary Classics in Ottawa. Mr. Belmonte has successfully completed the BC Food Safe program. The lunches will consist of a main dish, accompanied by a bun, as well as fresh fruit. We will be offering this lunch on Wednesdays, starting September 17, 2008.
The lunches will cost $5.00 each or if you order all 12 the cost will be $55.00. Below you will find both a menu and an order form.
